This is my second week of teaching practice during this

semester I taught grade 4 a new lesson for 45 minutes in
the fifth period of the day. I taught them the second
animal is Oryx I used a picture for them to show them
what Oryx look likes is. I used power point and
worksheets to let the class more active and Im glad when
I see the smiles on their faces because now they know me
they dont feel shy anymore. Moreover, I used black points
for students who are talkative and smiley faces for
students who are good students in the class I find out this
strategy is useful because when I give them smiley face
they want to participate to get smiley face that is why I
like this strategy. Moreover, I feel that I did a good job
.because all of the students understand the lesson
