Siemens gave NeoNiche a brief of creating an event that would be interactive as well as engaging.
Commenting on the same, Prateek Kumar, CEO and MD, NeoNiche Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. said:
"This was annual day event and the client wanted it to be interactive and engaging from the employee
perspective. As part of the event, outstanding performances of teams and individuals were to be
recognized and awarded and hence the event had to be planned around it."
The entire set at the event was designed in line with the theme of the event - Super Heroes. The setup
comprised of a thematic set with screens and a stage to help enhance the visual aspect of the event. In
terms of ambience the event saw welcome branding and theme cut-outs all around the venue.
Siemens Annual Day, which was attended by around 800 to 1000 Siemens employees consisting of top
management employees as well, had a pre-event build to it wherein thematic installations were made in
their clients' offices along with a weekly communication plan which created excitement about the event.
Other than that, the event was promoted amongst employees through a series of communication mailers
and office installations.
The annual day saw musical as well as dance performances by the employees. These acts were
practiced over a period of time by way of professional choreographers. Apart from the performances of
the employees, there were also awards being given out as part of the event. The entire event was
followed by some dance worthy tunes which were played by a DJ who was specially brought in for the
event. Commenting on the success of the event, Kumar said: "NeoNiche Integrated Solutions was the
preferred agency for the event and developed the theme of 'Super Heroes' for it. Befitting the objectives
and occasion, the entire pre-event hype and event on ground was designed to give an experience of the
same. Nearly 1000 people attended the event and when you have 1000 people at the dance floor at the
same time you know that you have delivered."

Cognizant celebrated its annual day for more than 800 employees of its EIM division in Bangalore on Nov.
5. Squarecircle Events was asked to take over the whole show and execute it right from beginning to end.
The host for the program was emcee Danish Sait who used his witty and humorous talks to keep the
momentum going till the end of the evening. The main feature of the event was the internal performance
by the employees. Different acts including skits by the employees and a one-on-one with the off shore
head for the EIM division about his life, work and interests on a chat show format enthused the crowd.
The night concluded with a DJ set to bring the audience to the dance-floor. A larger-than-life LED wall
provided the event with a wow feeling along with some great light and sound.
Commenting on the event, Vinay Abraham Head Marketing, Squarecircle Events said: Our brief from
the client was simple and clear as they wanted a wow factor to it since the main leadership team was to
be present in the event. One of the challenges faced by the team in executing the whole show was putting
up the LED wall since the time frame was less and the venue was given to us only six hours prior to the
event.
Appreciating Squarecircles efforts, Kishor Devalla from Cognizant said: We would like to extend our
heartfelt thanks to the Squarecircle team that helped make this evening a grand one. A well trained and
highly experienced team deployed for this event ensured flawless execution. The team took hardly six
hours to complete the entire setup including the dress rehearsals of the entire show. This really shows
how well they had planned the event execution. Being one of the best shows till date, we would definitely
like to continue this association with Squarecircle and would love do more events with them in the near
future.
