Responsible for managing operations of recycling and waste reduction projects

Overage, Shortage, and Damages Coordinator/Lead Rework Department

Responsibilities include:
Research discrepancies reported by the customer upon delivery of order.

Validate overages and shortages by conducting cycle counts.

Authorize return of product.

Approve/Deny credit based on the result of the cycle count.

Provide backup paperwork to the claims department.

Perform reconciliation of product produced.

Arrange return of product.

Receive all material returned into the WMS system.

File carrier claims with the truck line that damaged material in-transit.

Supervise 2 temps, 1 material handler, and two cycle counters.

Conduct meetings with QA to discuss course of action to fix imperfect product.

Monitor the recycling efforts of two trash compactors, one cardboard baler.

Insure all products that have expired are properly disposed of.
