Case Summary:

Israle Special Force Special forces units in the Israel Defense Forces encompass a
broad definition of specialist units. Such units are usually a company or abattalion in
strength.
Sayeret (Hebrew: , pl.: sayarot), or reconnaissance units in the Israel Defense
Forces (IDF), specialize in intelligence gathering and surveillance. In practice, these units
specialize in commando and other special forces roles, in addition to reconnaissance (the
degree of specialization varies by units and current needs).

person with Emotional stability, a good percantage of agreeableness, consceintiousness
which is required for mantainence of acquired skill and self motvation. An internal Locus of
control, self efficacy is a watch out for. Since, despite immense training, the real time
siatiations are mostly uncertain, a very high self monitoring attitutude is a must need.

To have the right kind of candicdate the recruiter is supposed to over come Social
Perceptions barriers like Stereotyping (person who has a positive aura or good physique
will be the right candidate), attributes ( self serving bias), First impression error ( first
communication or look).
