AMINES
Amines are an important component of metalworking fluids and in metal cleaning applications where they provide essential properties including corrosion inhibition and are a source of reserved alkalinity. Amine selection is based on metals encountered, misting concern, toxicity, alkalinity requirements and stability.

DEFOAMERS
JEFFAMINE polyetheramines contain primary amino groups attached to the end of a polyether backbone. The polyether backbone is normally based
on either propylene oxide (PO), ethylene oxide (EO), or copolymer (PO/EO).

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AMIDE
XMW-018 of multi-functional chemical for water-based metalworking fluids. It provides good emulsifying performance, excellent aluminium corrosion
protection and excellent hard water tolerance ability compared with traditional fatty acid alkanolamides. It also could be an alternative to traditional
sodium sulfonate emulsifier for soluble oil and semi-synthetic fluid formulations.

EMULSIFIERS
Linear alcohol ethoxylates are widely used as emulsifiers, cleaners, penetrants and wetting agents. Appropriate selection of the alcohol chain length
and degree of ethoxylation can provide the surfactant properties for a particular application. Primarily emulsifiers are most appropriate to the formulation of vegetable oils, glycerides, higher viscosity paraffinic oils, cycle oils and waxes.
