Dear Staff Major General Al-Ashwal
On behalf of His Excellency, Ambassador Tueller, I wish to extend to you our warmest greetings

As the U.S. Senior Defense Official and Defense Attach (SDO/DATT) to the Republic of
Yemen, I am pleased to receive the Letter of Request (LOR) from your Procurement Department
for a biometric system from Cross Match. We require more information in order to process this
LOR. Please have your Procurement Department staff provide the following to the Office of
Military Cooperation (OMC) by 19 June 2014:

Shipping method for the equipment

Address for delivery
The person or unit who is to receive the equipment
Desired date of arrival for the equipment
Add funds for shipping
Add funds for the 3.5% management fee
