Actions Cincinnati Super Subs manager should take to correct its problems.
1. If the chain hires college/high school student or even non-student employees,
make sure they understand Cincinnati Super Subs policies, procedures,
terms and conditions. That they must work on Cincinnati Super Subs interest
and not on theirs. Cincinnati Super Subs must improve their
sanctions/penalties for their employees to be reluctant of contributing to the
chains wastage.
2. Impose a reasonable and just compensation to employees. Give the
necessary food allowance and paycheck their employees deserve. For
instance, Cincinnati Super Subs may treat the food allowance as the
employees lunch and/or snack, and not as an incentive for excess hours
worked.
3. Allow/require managers to do frequent frontline works or rounds within the
actual operations to better monitor the employees work behavior and
performance.
