Request for Quotation
By referring to project mention above, we would like to request a quotation on survey work located at site
Sekolah Menengah Vokasional Sungai Buloh, Selangor. The scope of works for the Topographical Surveyor
shall include, but not limited to the following items:1.
Area of survey is on and within boundary of lot PT 2214 (14.6332 Hectares) as indicated in the copy
of land title herewith enclosed.

Contour (1m intervals) and Details
To pick up all existing structures, drains, , waterways, roads, tracks, poles,
and anything visible man-made/geological features on the ground .

To pick all visible utilities services and related structures such as lamp posts,
water meters, gas lines, etc.

4.
To pick hedges, large shrubs and mature trees that has diameter , at 1 meter above ground, of
250mm or greater. To also indicate ther pread of branches.
5.
To survey footprint and outline of buildings, huts, lean-to and any related structures and perimeter
drains. Accurate outline of footprint to be indicated on all drawings.

Complete and clear legends to be included in all surveys.

10.

All survey drawings shall be endorsed by a Licensed Surveyor.

11.
Five (5) copies of printed survey, at appropriate scale which shall not be smaller than A1 size. Two (2)
digital copy of drawing/s, in Autocad format, to be included.
Note:
1.
Surveyor must notify the office of Kolej Vocational Sungai Buloh prior to entrance on site for
preliminary inspection and subsequently, when appointed, to commence works.
2.
Obtain necessary insurances for the survey works.

We would appreciate your quotation of the listed items above before the end of the week for our acquisition
consideration.
