THE PURPOSE OF THE POST :


TUJUAN PEKERJAAN :

It is to assist the QCIP Supervisor / Engineer to ensure smoothly operation


of QC functions. He / She is also responsible to safe practice in QC
activity consideration for environmental aspect & Impact.
Membantu QA Supervisor untuk memastikan kelancaran fungsi QC berjalan
baik. Dia juga bertanggung jawab menjalankan pekerjaan dengan
memperhatikan masalah keselamatan kerja didalam aktivitas QC termasuk
mempertimbangkan aspek dan dampak lingkungan.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA :

Ensure QC activities performed as standard inspection procedure and


meet the objectives.
Memastikan aktifitas Quality Control dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur baku
inspeksi dan mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan.

Ensure the proper compliance of SPC procedure.


Memastikan pelaksanaan tatacara SPC dengan tepat.

Compile regular QCIP reports, including the monthly CPK report.


Menyusun laporan berkala QCIP termasuk laporan CPK tiap bulan.

Prepare QCIP check sheets, including the First Article Inspection (FAI)
check sheet.
Menyiapkan lembar kerja QCIP, termasuk lembar kerja FAI.

Update QCIP specification.


Memperbaharui Spesifikasi QCIP.

Assist QC Supervisor to provide monthly quality report.


Membantu QC Supervisor untuk memberikan laporan quality bulanan.

Perform other duties as and when required.


Melakukan tugas-tugas yang lain ketika diperlukan.

THE DETAIL OF JOB ACTIVITIES :


RINCIAN LINGKUP AKTIVITAS PEKERJAAN :
Handle the routine operations of the QCIP Cutting and compile regular
QCIP reports, including CPK reports. To handle new employees
orientation training, basic quality concept, system, criteria and
measuring method training. Maintain training records.
Menangani pekerjaan rutin QCIP Cutting dan menyusun laporan berkala
QCIP termasuk laporan CPK. Menangani program pelatihan bagi karyawan
baru konsep dasar mutu, sistem, kriteria dan latihan metode pengukuran
merawat dokumen pelatihan.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND :
LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN FORMAL :

Senior High School or similar level with credit in English and


Mathematlic
SLTA atau yang sederajat dengan nilai bahasa Inggris dan Matematika yang
baik.

WORKING EXPERIENCE :
PENGALAMAN KERJA :

Experience in semiconductor or leadframe industry with minimum 2 years.


Pengalaman di bidang semiconductor atau industri leadframe minimum 2 tahun.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION :
QUALIFIKASI KHUSUS :

Proven ability to built quality system in the semiconductor manufacturing.


Mempunyai kemampuan untuk membangun sistem mutu pada perusahaan
semiconductor.

Having good knowledge and experience with International Standard (ISO


serries).
Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang baik dengan Standar internasional
(seri-seri ISO).
