Questionnaire

Dear Participant:
This questionnaire is designed to test and measure the impact of workplace
spirituality on organizational commitment and turnover intention. The study seeks
the opinions of employees working in different sectors or organizations of (Lahore)
Pakistan. Mr. Junaid and Mr. Umer are the students of MBA in National University of
Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST), Lahore and principal investigators of this
research. Your participation in this research study is highly appreciated. It will hardly
take 5 to 10 minutes of yours precious time to complete this questionnaire. All
information will solely be used for research purpose.
