Whether individual or continuous have light enter the building

Window bands and punch windows are typical solutions for multi-story residential, office, industry, and
commercial buildings. The names of these window forms go back to their special construction style: Punch
windows are windows that are punched like holes into a facade built in solid construction. Window bands
are a special form: Here, the windows do not feature as individual elements, but rather as a continuous
band. The resulting, large window areas let a lot of light enter the building, creating a pleasant ambiance
inside.

Combination of form and function

Window bands and punch windows are usually used for larger buildings. The advantage: The exterior view of
the building is uniform, while the windows are integrated in such a way that they allow a largely flexible
interior floor plan. Spatial flexibility and architectural requirements are perfectly combined.

Faades with a system

Modular faades are predominantly used for designing large faades surfaces in a uniform manner. The
individual modules are at least story-high and have all required functional faade components incorporated,
including balustrades and windows.

Easy installation through high level of prefabrication

The special form of the faade allows complete prefabrication of the modules at the Haskamp plant. This
makes installation on site exceedingly easy: The individual modules can be installed story for story from the
bottom to the top. This high level of prefabrication ensures maximum precision and quality. On-site
installation is moreover possible without scaffolding. In particular for very high buildings, this represents a
decisive advantage when it comes to realization and profitability.

Individual profiles for greatest possible flexibility

We usually manufacture the profiles for our modular faades individually so that they can be customized to
the respective construction requirements. This is where our special expertise develops its full potential: We
design and manufacture profiles in close coordination with our clients. Individually and on our own
production lines. This allows us to meet all kinds of demands and to manufacture modules that fulfill even
the highest standards.

Faades with the greatest possible elegance

Mullion and transom faades make for especially slender and graceful solutions when it comes to glass
faades, thus decisively enhancing architectural design options.
The construction consists of a combination of vertical, load bearing mullions and horizontal transoms. Put
together, they result in skeleton-like components that can be prefabricated in various sizes. This makes
mullion and transom faades not only visually attractive, but also well-planable and easy to incorporate in
the production process. In addition, prefabrication at our plant ensures maximum precision, so that all
elements can be fitted together perfectly on site.

Manifold design options

Mullion and transom constructions are very frequently used for glass faades because the intermediate
spaces can be individually filled with window or door elements. The profiles are also very slender, creating
the impression of a continuous glass front. It is nevertheless possible to combine the construction with
opaque elements for filling the intermediate spaces. This enhances the design options and creates new
architectural perspectives, and all that at the highest technological standard.
