Coordinator of Sponsorship FEUI Cup 2014 (5 January 2014 25 April 2014)

Last Modified 11/5/2016 12:38 PM SE Asia Standard Time

Together with the vice coordinator, I led a team consist of 3 senior staffs, and 7 sophomores. Divided the
team into two big teams, one to develop contact list, and the other on to prepare all the meeting
materials (presentation, posters, and sponsorship proposal). After one month, we restructured the team
into 4 big groups, each assigned 25 target companies, and we will monitor the follow up / meetings
The vice coordinator and I were the one who conducted the meetings with sponsors company and
presented the proposal with the commercial / CSR heads. That year, we have target of 10 companies
as sponsors with total materialized sponsorship or Rp 50 Million

How to make this into a better description in a CV?

I was a participant of KOMPeK 14, thats why I aspire to be one of the leaders in it. In KOMPeK 17, the
project officer chose me as head of Bureau. Back then, there were 2 main focus: organizational
achievement as a whole and also the previous committee experience. These two were my KPIs.
I was the one who developed from scratch the proper administration system, from secretarial aspects to
the delivery of project proposals. Not only system development, but also the execution itself. As we
know, most of the time, planning without execution is nonsense. So I really make sure that the system
ran well, and fully implemented
The dean of FEUI (Bapak Dekan Ganteng) also gave me a high recognition, we reached more than 500
high schools from Sabang to Merauke and brought them to Jakarta
