Harry Wilson, a native of Johnstown, NY, is the Republican, Conservative, and Independence Party nominee for New York State Comptroller.
Mr. Wilson, 38, a businessman and nationally recognized restructuring expert, is running for state comptroller to help end the tax-and-spend
culture that has brought New York State to the brink of fiscal insolvency. Mr. Wilson, the son and grandson of Greek immigrants and the first
person in his immediate family to attend college, is a graduate of Harvard University and the Harvard Business School.

He spent many successful years at four highly distinguished firmsGoldman Sachs, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, The Blackstone Group, and Silver
Point Capital. In 2009, he was selected to serve on the President's Auto Task Force, the group responsible for the overhaul of General Motors
and Chrysler. He was the only Republican to serve in its leadership team. Wilson also serves on the board of Youth, INC, a New York
City-based nonprofit focused on introducing private sector expertise to charities focused on disadvantaged youth. Mr. Wilson and his wife,
Eva, are the proud parents of four daughters. They live in Scarsdale, New York.

Personal, PAC and Corporate contributions are acceptable and will be deposited according to New York Sate Election Law. Individuals may contribute $37,800 for the
general election. Contributions from spouses do not count against this total. A corporation may contribute up to $5000 per calendar year to all state or local political
candidates combined. (Each affiliated or Subsidiary Corporation, if separate legal entity has its own limits.) Contributions from LLPs and LLCs are treated as individual
contributions. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. An individual residing in the United States who possesses a green card may contribute. Political
contributions are not tax deductible.
