Maryam Alsuwaidi was the teacher and Aisha Mohammed, Moza Mohammed, and
I were students. Each of us had a number; Teacher Maryam asks number 5 to draw
in the corner, so Aisha and I stands up and going to the corner to do the activity.
Then teacher Maryam asked number 1 to bring the books, so Moza brings it.
Teacher Maryam did that to avoid Unorganized and disruptions problem in the
classroom because kids always want to be the first so that the class will be
conflicts. The classroom management strategy that teacher Maryam used was a
number system, and each of them has a particular place in the class. She used that
approach to teaching them accountability and reliability. Also helping to learn and
understand.
