Yes.Thesamecanberetrievedfromtheapplicationportalviathewebsiteof
MHAbyprovidingrequisiteinformationlikename,dateofbirth,email,etc.

Whethereducationalandexperiencecertificatesarerequiredtobeattachedalong
withregistrationslip?

No.Educationalandexperiencecertificatesarenotrequiredtobeattached
alongwithregistrationslips.Thesecertificateswillbeverifiedatthetimeofskilltest
ifcalledfor.However,thedetailsofdrivinglicenseanddomicilecertificatearetobe
providedintheonlineapplication.

Isthereanyreservationforphysicallyhandicappedcategory?

Thereisnoreservationforphysicallyhandicapped(HH,OH,VH)persons.

Canacandidatewhoisawaitingfinalresultapplyforthepost?

Acandidatemustbematriculateasonclosingdateotherwisehe/sheisnot
eligible.

Candidates from PSUs / Govt. Departments are required to obtain NOC for
submitting their applications. NOC will be verified at the time of skill test for
qualifiedcandidates.

Degree/Diploma etc. obtained through Open Universities/ Distance

education mode will not be accepted for the purpose of Educational Qualification
unlessitisrecognizedbyDistanceEducationCouncilintermsofMinistryofHuman
Resource Development Notification No. 44, dated 01.03.1995 published in the
Gazette of India dated 08.04.1995 for the relevant period when the candidate
acquiredtherelevantqualification.

No,thefeesistobepaidofflineonly.

Arethecandidatessupposedtodownloadtheiradmitcards?

No.TheadmitcardswouldbesenttothecandidatesattheirregisteredEmail
ID. In case the candidates do not receive admit card in their email, they may first
checkforthesameintheirspamorjunkfolderandthenvisittheapplicationportal
through mha.nic.in and download their admit card using their registration ID and
password.

Isthereanywrittentestforthisexamination?
No. There is no written test for this examination. The eligible candidates in
termsofdateofbirth,educationalqualificationsandothercriterialaiddowninthe
detailedadvertisementandpaymentoffee,whererequired,wouldbecalledfora
skill test (driving and motor mechanism) and based on their performance in the
same,thecandidateswouldbeshortlistedfordifferentcentres.

Ifthereisnovacancyforaparticularcategoryinacentre,canacandidateofthat
categoryapplyforthepost?
Yes.ForexamplethereisnovacancyforOBCinAgartalaornovacanciesfor
OBC/SC/STinShimla,thecandidatesfromthesecategoriescanstillapply,however,
such candidates would be treated as Unreserved / General candidates for all
purposes.Noagerelaxationwouldbeadmissibleforsuchcandidates.Insuchcase,
the categories would be shown as UR (OBC) / UR (SC) / UR (ST) in the online
application.MalecandidateswhoapplyunderUR(SC)orUR(ST)categorywouldbe
exemptedfrompaymentoffee.

Can a candidate having domicile of one state apply for vacancy of a centre of
anotherstate.

No.Thecandidatehavingdomicileofaparticularstatecanapplyforvacancy
ofthatcentre/stateonly.
