Summaries of Learning (formerly Report Cards)
On Friday Dec 2nd (note date change from Dec 1st), you will be receiving a paper copy of your
child(ren)s Summary of Learning. This Summary will also be available electronically for you via
Fresh Grade. As we have been informing you this fall and as discussed at our Communicating
Student Learning Parent Evening in early November, traditional one-way report cards are no
longer being issued. In lieu of a report card, you are now receiving regular communications
about your childs learning via a digital tool called Fresh Grade. Fresh Grade involves the teacher,
the student and yourselves in the process of school and learning. Please talk with your childs
teacher if you need support logging in to your parent account or refer to previous information
sent home.
Student/Parent Conferences
Thursday, December 8th is our Fraser Wood Early Dismissal Day at 1:33pm for

Our drop-off lane is running much smoother. Please remember there are no LEFT turns out of
the drop-off lane there are right turn only signs posted. We also ask that our parent community
is respectful of all our cul-de-sac neighbours. These are no parking zones city by-law officers
have been present a few times ticketing. Your care to this is appreciated.
