    Orientation:

    Good morning/afternoon trainees.


    Prayer
    Attendance
    You have sign up yourselves for the learning of skills in Organic Agriculture
    Production NCII.
    By the way, I am (state your name) your trainer for Organic Agriculture
    Production NCII. Welcome to our training centre the Saniel Integrated
    Farm Technological Business School Inc.
    Here in our training centre we are using a different kind of training method.
    We used CBT or Competency Based Training method it is mainly based on
    your learning by competency.
    ppt. (the difference between CBT & Traditional, 10 basic principles of CBT
    and Core Competency).
    Pre-test
    Tour to the 9 CBT components and training centre facilities.
    2nd Day

    Good morning/afternoon trainees!


    Prayer
    I have now the result of your pre-test yesterday and you will be group into 4
    for we have for modules.
    Distribute CBLM (explain to the trainees if what is CBLM).
    Explain the use of Achievement/Progress Report.
    Assist the trainees by group.
    Stop the students from what they are doing for demonstration. (the trainer
    will demonstrate).
    Assessment by Institution.
