The key job responsibilities include the following :

- Support in design, implementation and administration of the function specific


compensation programs and activities in line with the Total Rewards philosophy with
regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.

- Manage the market benchmarking process, validate market information and help
develop positioning and compensation ranges as per the desired competitiveness.

- Engage with business to provide advisory from a Total Rewards perspective and act
as a strategic partner with the FSS's and Service Lines as necessary.

- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the various reward related business


requirements through an understanding of the business and their operating model

- Manage the compensation annual revision process and administration processes


along with Business Advisors & businesses.

- Drive analytics to provide insights to business leadership on the internal/external


trends and movements in compensation.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on offer development where ever applicable,
create ranges, systems and processes for assisting them in hiring competitively from
lateral markets.

Infosys : Principal Compensation & Benefits (Executive Remuneration) (10-14 yrs)!

Job Description : The focus of this role is on Executive Remuneration.

!

- Prepare compensation proposals for executives of the company, that include C level
and their direct reports.

- Manage executive C&B benchmark information, conduct periodic confidential


surveys with global firms, advice on market practices, and implement total rewards
strategies for execs.

- Make presentations to the Board committees on compensation, and execute all


necessary statutory taxation and regulatory filing requirements in close collaboration
with company secretarial teams.

- Ensure cross border compensation practices are adhered to, and managed
adequately.

- Periodic communication to execs on their compensation & benefits and equity


compensation, and continuous updates of contemporary Total Rewards practices in
exec compensation.

- Manage bonus and equity payouts on performance metrics, and ongoing linkage of
performance to pay at risk.

- Will be a compensation professional with experience of interacting with C suite,


with 10+ years experience.

- Requires excellent facility with numbers, and familiarity with equity compensation.

- Create and execute the global benefits strategy as part of the larger TR strategy of
the firm.

- Implement world class practices in competitive benefits, conduct benefits


harmonization, and bring in global synergies in cost optimization.

- Create contemporary benefits access portals, and enrollment processes for best in
class employee experience.

- Enhance communication and awareness around Benefits globally. Create and


execute a flexible benefits plan or any other practice that empowers employees better,
and builds excitement around Infosys practices.

- Looking for a benefits professional with experience in global benefits, or at least one
or two large geographies like UK or US, of total 12+ years experience.

- Excellent relationships with global benefits providers, and knowledge of such


vendors.
