Gate Valve at the discharge of pump is having
leakage.

Contract Ref:

NRV is not resting on support.

Support PS-3 is not as per drawing.
Recirculation gate valve is having minor leakage.
Space heater termination is broken.
Space heater cable termination is not done.

One no. motor lifting eye key is missing.

Note:
a) To be issued only after the issue of SRCC.
b) All the maintenance as well as the equipment lubrication of the plant under consideration
will be the responsibility of the contractor even after issue of this document. Defects and
omissions noticed during the test run should be liquidated by contractor.
c) This document should be issued after obtaining all operation and maintenance
volumes erections/FQA log sheets pertaining to the equipment under
consideration.
