3. Defects or Omissions found on initial operation

NRV is not resting on the support PS-4.

Support PS-4 is not as per drawing.

Recirculation valve is having minor leakage.

Valves movement is very hard i.e. require greasing.

Motor space heater cabling work is pending.

Note:
a) To be issued only after the issue of SRCC.
b) All the maintenance as well as the equipment lubrication of the plant under consideration will
be the responsibility of the contractor even after issue of this document. Defects and omissions
noticed during the test run should be liquidated by contractor.
c) This document should be issued after obtaining all operation and maintenance
volumes erections/FQA log sheets pertaining to the equipment under consideration.
