Reflection Prompt: What do you think went particularly well? How did this
strength impact your students learning?
My differentiation of instruction seemed to be beneficial. The three
students in the lesson were at highly varying function levels and
benefitted from the modifications that I made to materials and
instruction.
Reflection Prompt: If you could teach this lesson again, is there anything you
would do differently? How would this have impacted your students learning?
If I were to teach the lesson again I would spend fine-tune the way I taught
enough/not enough with the number line. In my opinion it was not as succinct as it
could have been. This would help ensure learning. I would also spend more time
reviewing enough/not enough before the students completed the assessment. This
would have helped to give them a better understanding of the procedure for
determining whether they had enough or not enough money to buy something.

The assessment was differentiated and challenging
for all students.
I used the practice activity to gage whether the
students understood the topic and whether or not I
needed to continue practicing.
The assessments and materials were differentiated
to meet varying the function levels of the students.
The classroom was clean, the students were sitting
around a table with space between them and a
teacher between students if necessary, and the
