I am placing this observation within Standard 4 - Instructional Planning and Strategies as evidence of continued mastery. This artifact displays an educators ability to design longand short-term plans based on knowledge of subject matter, community and curriculum goals. Developing theses skills is a valued tool for all teachers (Department of Education, 2014).
