To whom it may concern,

It is a pleasure for me to recommend Holly Zuehlke-Frazelle for the TMC New
Graduate Program. Holly has demonstrated exceptional dedication to both
individual and team academic achievement in my observations while instructing at
University of Arizona in the fall semester of 2015.
Hollys academic work has been exemplary, but more importantly her personal and
professional interaction with her classmates and faculty reflects well thought out
ideas and maturity. It was a joy to guide her through NURS 366 as she often
contributes relevant perspectives, information and knowledge to our classes. I have
personally witness Hollys professional interactions with TMC staff and myself while I
have been on duty as a clinical case manager there.
I believe she would be a positive addition to TMC in the New Graduate Program, but
also as a valued nursing professional. Please dont hesitate to contact me for any
additional comments or feedback on Hollys undergraduate work.
