1. Research should be based on multiple points of information. They must
come from:
1. Literature Review
2. Interviews
b. For your literature review, a scan of sources e.g. local newspapers should
be your first step. From there you may want to do further research based
on the perspectives expressed or the individuals/organisations quoted.
c. A literature review will help you contextualize the issue. This includes:
1. Understanding who the stakeholders are
2. Understanding the different perspectives
3. Understanding the different dimensions of the issue
4. Understanding measures proposed in the past and their efficacy
