    Parking is FREE. Admission is FREE. There

    In anticipation of the College Fair, the city


    of Jacksonville, the Mayors office, and
    DCPS have coordinated planned events
    for the week to help foster the collegegoing culture on our campus. Details are
    attached.

    the college fair! I know some teachers offer
    extra credit, students can make connections
    to their futures, and it is never too soon to
    start college planning!

    Libby will also be conferencing with middle school students after their 1st quarter report cards are distributed to
    support struggling students. Documentation of their recovery plan will be mailed home as an early warning system
    to communicate with parents and with intentions to prevent academic failure. In addition to individual counseling, small
    group (Book Club), and campus-wide October dates/events, Libby will make every effort to pop into middle school
    classes next week to encourage College Fair attendance and Mrs. Grace plans to have some college conversations
    with her grade levels. Please join us in the Jacksonville Goes to College Week events to help promote a
    campus-wide, college-going culture! This is certainly not something we can do alone and we know we can
    count on you for support!
