Life Animated: a documentary by Academy Award winning, ‘fimmaker Roger Ross Williams, which is based on @ book by Pulitzer Prize winning writer Ron Suskind “Life, Animated is the reali story of Owen Suskind, an autistic boy who couldn't speak for years. Owen memorized dozens of Disney movies, and turned them into a language to express love and loss, kinship & brotherhood. In order to communicate with Owen, his family was forced to become animated characters, communicating in Disney dialogue and song.
