Job Description

Job Summary: Customer Related Concerns D/O preparation Answering Company

Telephone Updating of PO Balance and Forecast Monitoring of Processed Boat
note and PEZA documents. Filing of COA,PO Forecast, MRF and approved for
Delivery File Trucking Reservation in every delivery request Sales Invoice
Monitoring and Preparation Job Function: RECEIVING & RELAYING ALL
CONCERNS FROM/TO CUSTOMERS ARRANGING DELIVERY/PICK UP
REQUEST OF CUSTOMERS Support Purchasing Section such as: Receiving
Purchase Requisition Form from requestor Request Quotation from suppliers and
preparation of Canvass form Purchase Order (PO) preparation, issuance and
monitoring with suppliers Proper coordination with suppliers at the same time with
the requestors for the updates Issuance and monitoring of consumable materials as
needed.

Job Qualifications Graduate of any 4 Yr. Course

With at least 1 Yr. experience on the same field
Flexible
Can work under pressure
Willing to multi-task
