Teaching

Ladue
School
District
I
have
been
in
the
Ladue
School
District
teaching
Earth
Science
for
9
years.
One
of
my
roles
has
been
leader
of
Technology
Mondays
for
students.
This
program
guarantees
that
students
given
technology
opportunities
once
a
week
in
their
Science
classes.
I
have
created
weekly
interactive
lessons
for
myself
and
other
science
teachers.
Some
examples
are,
50
years
of
NASA,
Moon
Phase
Scavenger
Hunt,
iMovie,
or
building
Quizlets.
Along
with
my
technology
contributions
I
also,
am
department
chair
and
actively
involved
in
our
Character
Education.
In
my
role
as
department
chair,
I
lead
monthly
meetings,
make
decisions
concerning
department
affairs,
and
organize
the
yearly
budget.

am
