Churchill Downs Cleanup

On May 22nd a Large dumpster appeared in the parking lot of
Wainwright School .

This was our annual chance to get rid of some trash and reduce clutter. If
you missed it, I apologize for not informing you in advance. It was, however,
announced at several of our monthly meetings in advance of the event.

A nnual Picnic Report

This year, rather than placing the picnic on the back apron of Wainwright Leadership, Law and Government
Magnet School, we decided to use the new Picnic Pavilion located off Stillwell Avenue.

A strong wind fanned the flames for the hotdogs and a good time was had by all.
