The agreement was entered into by and between the following two parties on July30th 2016 in Lahore,

Pakistan.
Party A: M. A Aleem Khan and Sons Pvt. Ltd (MAAKSONS)
Legal representative:MrWasim Khan
Registered address: 70-R1 Main Boulevard, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan.
Party B: Jiangsu Huajian Construction Co., Ltd.
Legal representative: Mr. Lu Jinlong
Registered address: No. 468, Middle Wenchang Road, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.
MAAKSONS have in the spirit of a partnership negotiated with Jiangsu Huajian Construction to share
the current infrastructure works allotted to them on DHA, Prism9, Phase 9, Lahore. (Construction of
Roads & Road Structures) Package 08. Total contract value 4,349,099,876 PKR(43,060,039US$).
The following documents have been provided to Jiangsu Huajian Construction:
1. The terms and conditions of the contract;
2. The bill of quantities;
3. The current cost rates of Materials, Labor and Plant Hire;
4. Drawings.
The following conditions apply:
1. The contract applied to MAAKSONS by DHA will be mirrored to Jiangsu Huajian Construction
and Pakistani law shall apply. The terms contained in the contract between MAAKSONS and
DHA, in respect of performance bound and mobilization guaranty shall not be applicable and be
disregarded for the purpose of this agreement.
2. Payment shall be made monthly reflecting measured works completed and approved by DHA.
3. The works shall be priced as per the supplied Bill of Quantities minus:
a. 7% Tax withheld by DHA;
b. 10% of the Prime Cost to cover MAAKSONS existing commitments and overheads.
And there is no other fee beside above mentioned items.
MAAKSONS will open a bank account for Jiangsu Huajian Construction and give their appointed
representatives sole use and authority over the account.
MAAKSONS shall afford all reasonable assistance to Jiangsu Huajian Construction.
Jiangsu Huajian Construction hereby accepts the terms conditions and spirit of this proposal.
They undertake to immobilize suitable experiences staff and agree to take 50% of the existing works.
The Contract Value will be 50% of the Total Contract Value. The final settlement will base on the
amount of work that actually delivered to Huajian, and the above mentioned principle and proportion.
Signed this day 8th September in Lahore Pakistan.
