The purpose of this letter is to reprimand you for inappropriate behavior and failure to exercise
the professional judgment expected of a Montgomery County Public Schools employee. As you
know, I conducted a full investigation into allegations of inappropriate behavior on your part as a

results of that investigation.
The investigation revealed that on [date] [description of incident]. Your handling of this
situation was improper, unprofessional, and must not be repeated.
This letter should serve to underscore the importance of complying with MCPS policies, rules

including dismissal.
