    Dear Professor,
    APPLICATION FOR CERTIFCATION OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
    I write to to request for a certification of English proficiency attestation to
    complete my admission formalities into the University of Cape Town in South
    Africa.
    I was admitted following the competitive entrance examination in the Higher
    Institute of Commerce and Management of the University of Bamenda in
    2012/2013 academic year and graduated in 2015 with BBA in Insurance and
    Security.
    Presently, my admission into the University of Cape Town is pending on proof of
    having studied in English and so I would be grateful to have this draft
    certification attached here to be signed. The BBA degree is also attached here.
