The following marketing proposal presents the application of specific marketing services
needed for FlowMark & SkyMark. This proposal provides marketing promotional services which
will culminate in highly successful results for your business.

3. SITUATION ANALYSIS
According to research, current trends in your industry show truck owners prefer choices for cab
and chassis, pump and other features to help achieve their goals. These truck owners have
made many decisions based on their business' needs and personal style preferences.
FlowMark & SkyMark offer the customizations essential to build specialty trucks, taking into
account factors such as safety and ideal waste- and water-tank capacities. More attention is
being given to placement of hoses, valves, accessories and work lights on purpose-built trucks
to make the driver's job easier, less strenuous and more convenient. This includes having the
best talent available that has been in the industry longer than anyone.
We feel these trends are significant in that they demonstrate that the trend toward bigger,
customized vacuum tanks. Almost half of the rigs in 2014 carry 4,000 gallons or more, with a
few more with 3,600-gallon waste tanks. You can point to rising fuel, labor and disposal costs
a triple threat to pumping profitability to explain the bigger and bigger trucks.

8. CONDITIONS
Prior to a contractual agreement, proposal may be amended upon collaboration with the client,
Andrew Nelson & Steven Paul of FlowMark & SkyMark, at the discretion of Pilcher Media LLC.

9. ACCEPTANCE
Your signature below indicates acceptance of this marketing proposal. Your initial payment (1/3
of the total can be paid at the beginning of each month or all upfront) per the terms above will
also represent acceptance of this proposal, and entrance into a contractual agreement with
Pilcher Media LLC.
