Reflection 1st MCT

At the third week of my teaching practice, my MCT observe me in
long division into one digit number.

My MCT give me many strengths and some points that I have to

develop. My classroom management was good and reviewing the
pervious lesson.
Im disagree with her about using Polyas 4 steps in problem solving
questions because the lesson that I explain was not include this steps
and if I use the students may confused.
In next lesson I will try to work on the weakness that my MCT wrote
for me.
