The student teacher reflects on feedback from their MCT observation of a long division lesson. The MCT praised the warm-up review of the previous lesson but noted weakness in group answering. While the student teacher used group answering as a strategy, the MCT felt the cubes activity warm-up for the new concept was unclear. Overall, the student teacher respects the MCT's feedback and hopes to improve their teaching skills.

MCT feedback At the last week of my teaching practice, my MCT observe me in long division into two digit numbers.
My MCT gives me some strengths such as the starting the lesson
warming up to review the pervious lesson. She gives me also some weakness such group answering. I use the strategy that my MST use in all her lesson which is group answering and this to make sure that all students are motivating with me and answering. If I did not hear their voices that directly gives me a respond that they are not understand the lesson. Moreover, my MCT said that she the cubes activity I did was not clear, but I used it as warm up for the new concept. Generally, I respect my MCT feedback and I hope that I can be a good math teacher in future.
