Reflection on my peer

On first of November , I taught a math lesson which was about long
division and my peer Mariam observed me
.
Reflecting to her feedback about the lesson , she gave me really good
point in strengths such as use many tools, I tried my best to use
different materials in the lesson and you that grade 5 students have
less manipulatives in math. The other good point that I liked is
different practices for the class levels I worked hard to think about
effective practices for all levels.
Im totally agree with her feedback especially the suggestion that she
wrote it for me to answer the questions on the board and I will try to
achieve it next lesson.
