3. Particulars of information required :
i)

Subject matter of information: I was a student of third year of B.Com, Accountancy and
Finance (CBSGS) of Rizvi College of Arts Science and Commerce in 2013-14 academic
years. I secured less marks in subject called Financial Account-VIII in external
examination in semester six with hall ticket number 2806. After receiving result I
applied for photocopy of the same subject on June 23, 2014, in Rizvi College of Arts
Science and Commerce. After waiting for a long time I approached university of Mumbai
to know the reason of not sending photocopy to the college, and the university said that
the photocopy of said subject has already dispatched (despatch number is 1512), but
the college has been reiterated that the college has not received it yet.

ii)

I have received the RTI reply from Rizvi College of Arts Science and Commerce on July
30th, 2015, in that college have mentioned we have not received photocopy of an answer
sheet of Financial Accounting VIII by the University of Mumbai (RTI copy attached for
your reference).

iii)

Description of the information required :

1. Subject have wrongly mentioned in RTI replay, Financial Accounting - III instead
of Financial Accounting - VIII.
2. Confirmation letter of dispatched photocopy of an answer sheet by the
University of Mumbai to Rizvi College of Arts Science and Commerce. The
dispatch number was 1512. ( with courier company/speed post and tracking
number)
