are established, targeted, and controlled by means of an estimate or budget.
The fundamental goal is to maintain cost with in or below budget
parameters.
How is the cost determined?

2. Time
is monitored and controlled by a detailed schedule, breaking each item of work
down into its component parts.
How is Time Limit Determined?
Schedule detail each step in the acquisition, fabrication, construction,
and closeout process

Complete each of the tasks within the time frame set out by the schedule
3. Quality
is the grab that covers all the aspects of the building not addressed by the
other five values, such as aesthetics impact, user perceptions,
appropriateness of building materials, and so on.
How is Quality Determined?
