Course Description:
This online course will guide you through the process of building an online
assessment in the online electronic platform Performance Matters. You will learn
how to enter multiple choice assessment items, resources, and format and
assessment.
Course Objectives:
The goal of this course is to support our district's adoption of the new practice of
Data Teams by creating online common formative assessments for comparison of
data among students in a class or in a grade level for purposes of driving
instructional strategy decisions and determining differentiation strategies for our
students to improve scores on our Ga Milestones EOC tests.

Course Materials and Requirements:

You are expected to use your prior knowledge of content to create multiple
choice assessment items that require students to utilize higher order thinking
skills.

You will need your course content materials from which you will create
assessment items.

You will need computer and internet access

You will need to know how to log into the Performance Matters platform
from our school or county website portal.
You will need to complete and submit the final assignment.
