Event Reflection

On December 2,2016 North Carolina A&T held a study carnival in the academic
classroom building. The study carnival was held from 11 oclock in the morning to 3 oclock in
the afternoon. At the study carnival it included multiple tables you could visit, food, and
sessions.
One of the sessions I attended was about a twenty-five minute session in room 107. The
instructor talked about time management, studying tips, strategies when taking tests, etc. The
instructor told us that the most important thing in college to do is READ. He said that reading is
the most important thing because most students do read things carefully and they miss the most
important things and get things wrong.
After the study session I went upstairs to the math emporium to take a math test. I spent
approximately two hours finishing the test. After I finished my test I turned my workbook in to
my instructor to get it checked. After he checked it, I checked the time and it was already 3
oclock in the afternoon. The study carnival had ended.
The study carnival had other things I could have attended but didnt have time to. The
study carnival had multiple tables I could have attended and more sessions. The study carnival
also had pizza, cotton candy, funnel cakes and Ben & Jerrys ice cream.
