BE 11 enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the


F~fty-seventhYear of the Republlc of India follows . 1 . (1) Thls Act may be called the Punjab Courts (Amendment)

2. In the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, for sectlon 39, the followmg Substltut~onof

the High Court may, by general or special order dlrect, or as
the Dlstrlct Judge of the Dlstrict inay entrust to lilm
