plan and training schedule. Set expectations and deadlines.

March 4, 2016: staff meeting/ coach training session one.
March 11, 2016: staff meeting/ coach training session two
March 14, 2016: Coaching Program begins. High risk students
assigned coaches.
March 17, 2016: engagement activity (in class team building)
March 18, 2016: regroup with coaches (how did outreach go?)

*high-risk questionnaires
March 25, 2016: regroup with coaches

March 31, 2016: engagement activity (in class team building)
April 1, 2016: regroup with coaches (how did outreach go?)

April 8, 2016: regroup with coaches (how did outreach go?)

*April 11, 2016: student survey distributed. (6 weeks from initial survey)
*April 15, 2016: compare number of drops to last year and last month. Have
the high risk students dropped?
