The best writers are likely to be gifted as well as diligent, but
most writers who write frequently and well aren't they special. They write well because they are disciplined, because they work hard at their craft, and because they have developed a set of practices that enable them to turn out good work consistently. The way I write is more common in all writers. I tell a story that me and the readers can relate too. Writers use tools like Editing Software. Most expect submissions in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. Another tool is the Thesaurus. One thing that we all sometimes need to do is find the exact right word. Critique software automatically scans your work for writing that, though grammatically correct, might be poor style. Backing up your work is important. Some Rhetorical Devices that writers can use are Alliteration, Allusion, Analogy, Hyperbole which is an exaggeration, Metaphor which compares two things by stating one is the other, Onomatopoeia, etc. An authors rhetorical strategy is the series of decisions made to create the most effective, clear, and compelling text possible in a particular set of contexts. Authors, speakers, and artists make conscious and unconscious decisions to improve the effectiveness of communication. Everything we write exists in a series of situations. The moment we write is one situation, while the reading of a text might occur in a different situation.
