WOMENS SAFETY:
Crime is no doubt one of the major problem for all of us especially for
women. Technology is helping us to make our life better all the
time;lets get to know how we can make it applicable for women
safety. With rise in number of crime in society day by day,we cannot
just wait for crime and wait for justice after that,especially in
India,where justice is like impossible. For a better society,here are
some of the ways to protect themselves.

DEDICATED EMERGENCY CODES:

Whenever any crime occurs,everyone gets time to react and that time
is very precious.One can shout loud or yell at that time. Now coming
to technology side,codes like *91# is emergency code for women
safety. This code will alert nearest police patrolling location. It works
same as the calling police,but the difference is your precious time.

APP THAT WILL ALERT THE

FAMILY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:
The app recently developed by Canvas M is very helpful to women
specially. This application will have some emergency contacts
selected and it will also retrieve your GPS. In case of emergency, a
panic button provided in this app will send as SOS message to all the
trusted contacts immediately and also inform the correct GPS location
of the person facing trouble.

HIDDEN CAMERA DETECTORS:

Hidden cameras have crushed many womens life . Some mobile

applications are created to detect the nearby cam in trial room or
washrooms/restrooms from mobiles. And it not only detects but also
can disable.
One of the app which was recently created was
VITH U: It is activeted using phones power button, it sends the
message " I am in danger..i need help..please follow my location" to
emergency contacts, every 2 minutes with updated location.
