Sad news today with the passing of David Wong, a long term friend and supporter of
Carl's career. David first took Carl to race for Petronas in 1990 in the Malaysian
championship and was then instrumental in setting up the Foggy Petronas Racing
project in 2003. Carl said: "David was a larger than life character and a really
generous man. I had a lot of time for David and he will be very much missed in
motorsport. Our thoughts go out to his family, colleagues and friends."
