    our requirements under RFQ NO. 16-08-816 on the scheduled activity for reasons
    therein stated.
    In this connection please be informed that your request is hereby GRANTED. The
    AWARD will be canceled and re - award the same to the next lowest bidder;

    You are, however, sternly reminded to please be more conscientious next time
    when making your quotations to avoid similar incidents in the future. We
    likewise wish to warn you that we are keeping on our file the track records of all
    establishments doing business with this office for possible imposition of
    sanctions, if warranted, for continuous & unreasonable violations of the
    Procurement Law.

    Please be guided accordingly.
