Group misunderstanding

Stick to a set idea that has been agreed on

already

Nothing really can be done but if incase we

could work elsewhere

Not enough contribution

Others will have to suffer for the minority,

as is life

Loss of work

Make sure that the work is backed up on a

memory stick

No computers available

We would be at a disadvantage but one of

us would have to work else where away
from the group

Production
Batteries in the camera being used may
run of charge during filming.

Make sure the batteries for the camera are

fully charged before filming.

Bad,poor weather conditions can result

in not being able to record the advert.

Check the weather forecast for the location

beforehand so we can plan a day that is dry
so we can film.

While filming the advert the camera

could get damage.

Perform a risk assessment before filming

and double check the equipment is secure to
decrease the chances of causing damage.

Film crew not turning up on shooting

day can cause issues.

Any members of crew that doesnt turn will

have to work with what we have got and on a
different day have the members who were
absent to have a bigger contribution.

Filming locations may be unavailable

under certain situations.

Check the location is clear on the day before

filming if not then arrange a different
shooting day.

Post Production
The editing of the video that's all been
filmed can be lost. This will require to
re-edit the videos.

The editing of the video can be made into a

new, separate save after getting to a big
stage where lots has been edited and
accomplished. This will work as checkpoints
if some work is lost. Also, constant saving
of the work can help.

The software Premier may encounter

unexpected issues such as not
opening up or uploading videos or
sounds

This may be due to a need in updating.

The footage can also be copied onto a
memory stick and uploaded on another
desktop to work on.

After the videos are collected, there

may be some poor quality footage.

The videos can be transferred again onto

another desktop in attempt to work again.
The footage can also be filmed again.

When trying to access and upload the

videos, there may be some corrupt
footage

The videos can be transferred again onto

another desktop in attempt to work again.
The footage can also be filmed again.
