mi ngi tiu th khong 23 lt mt nm, s liu t B Cng Thng nm 2010. Mc tiu
th ny tip tc tng trng 17% vo nm 2011 (Nielsen, 2011) v c d on cn y tim
nng khi thu nhp bnh qun u ngi tip tc c ci thin v phn ln chi tiu u
dnh cho n ung. Theo d bo ca T chc Gim st Kinh doanh Quc t (BMI), giai on
2011 -2016, ngnh ung khng cn Vit Nam s t tc tng trng doanh thu 8,2
%, tc tng trng doanh s t 6,3%. BMI nhn nh ung pha ch sn khng cn s
t tc tng trng cao nht trong ngnh cng nghip nc gii kht ti Vit Nam t
nay cho n nm 2016. D kin, nm 2014, ngnh ung khng cn Vit Nam t sn lng
2315 triu lt, mang li doanh thu 506 triu USD. n nm 2016, s ny s ln n 2628 triu
lt, t doanh thu 626 triu USD.
Theo nghin cu mi nht ca Cng ty Nghin cu Th trng W&S, ngi tiu dng la chn
nc p, nc tri cy cha sa t 62% - cao hn so vi tiu dng nc gii kht c gas
(60,6%). Dn chng vng thnh th nh H Ni, Thnh ph H Ch Minh u c nhu cu
cao nc p tri cy.
