Title of Artifact: PLC Essay Standard: Standard: Standard Four: Instructional Planning & Startegies- Teachers shall understand instructional planning, design long and short term plans based upon knowledge of subject matter, students, community and curriculum goals and shall employ a variety of developmentally appropriate strategies in order to promote critical thinking, problem solving and performance skills of all learners. I am placing my PLC Essay under Standard Four, Instructional Planning & Strategies as evidence of continued mastery. This artifact was placed under standard four because in order to effectively plan and strategize in a classroom the use of technology today is a must. In order create things that you couldnt do with your own imagination, technology can show you how to do those things. It can create a classroom that is much more fun and enjoyable while also being educational at the same time.
