Title of Artifact: Observation Three - Discipline
Standard: Standard Eight: Communication - Teachers shall use knowledge of effective verbal,
nonverbal and written communication techniques and the tools of information literacy to foster
the use of inquiry, collaboration and supportive interactions.
I am placing my Observation 3 from Field Experience under Standard Eight:
Communication as evidence of continued mastery. I am placing this artifact under standard eight
because as an educator you need to know how to discipline the students while also being a
professional. Knowing how to communicate with the students can make situations much easier.
